In the closing stages of the fifteenth round in the Challenger Pro League, KV Oostende was unable to extend its impressive stunt from earlier this week in the Croky Cup against Racing Genk. SK Beveren scored a 0-2 win in the Diaz Arena: the opening goal in particular was one to sit back and watch.

In the standings of the second highest Belgian division, Beveren climbs to seventh place with 23 points. Ostend remains just above the relegation zone, in fourteenth position with fifteen units.

RFC Liège has recorded its second victory in a row: an economical 1-0 against Francs Borains.

Benoit Nyssen (25”) scored the only goal in the first half for the people of Liège, who jumped to sixth place over RSCA Futures and Lommel. Francs Borains retains the red lantern with 13 out of 45.
