Will Still (Stade Reims) also nominated for Raymond Goethals Trophy

The nominees for the Raymond Goethals Trophy 2023 are, in alphabetical order: Will Still (Stade Reims), Hein Vanhaezebrouck (AA Gent) and Wouter Vrancken (Racing Genk).

The Raymond Goethals Trophy is an award that is presented annually to a Belgian football coach, or a coach with dual, part Belgian nationality, who most closely resembles former football coach Raymond Goethals in terms of working method.

It is the first nomination for the only 31-year-old Will Still, successful at Reims, France. For Hein Vanhaezebrouck and Wouter Vrancken the fourth. The coach of AA Gent already won the Trophy in 2015, the title year of the Buffalos.

The nominees for the Dominique D’Onofrio Prize 2023 for the best debutants aged 20 or less in the Jupiler Pro League are Soumaïla Coulibaly (Antwerp), Malick Fofana (AA Gent) and Arthur Vermeeren (Antwerp).

The election for the Raymond Goethals Trophy and the Dominique D’Onofrio Prize will take place on Monday afternoon, December 18.
