Chelsea won routinely on the field against London rivals Fulham. Two goals in as many minutes gave the troubled top club only its second victory of the season.
It wasn’t all that great, but two crazy minutes just after the opening fifteen minutes were enough for Chelsea to win. Ukrainian purchase Mikhailo Mudryk picked up a cross perfectly and neatly put the ball in. At Fulham they were still pointing at each other when the English-Albanian striker Armando Broja also scored his goal.
Fulham tried, but Timothy Castagne and half Belgian Andreas Pereira could not get the engine going.
With this victory, Chelsea jumps over Fulham to eleventh place in the rankings with eight points from seven games.
