PSV Eindhoven continues to lead the Eredivisie after a 4-0 win against NEC. Chaser (on one point) Feyenoord won 6-1 against Heerenveen earlier in the day. Ex-Club Brugge player Noa Lang already scored in his third consecutive league match that he played for PSV. However, there were also concerns about Lang afterwards, because he left the field before the hour mark. At PSV they hope to be able to count on Lang in the Champions League match at Celtic on Wednesday.
The kick-off had just started after Luuk De Jong’s opening goal when Noa Lang was able to double the score in the 38th minute with a lovely bounce.
Lang then forced the penalty kick from which De Jong scored the 3-0. Ricardo Pepi also made it 4-0 from the spot. Thanks to the big win, PSV continues to lead the Eredivisie ahead of Feyenoord.
