Carlo Ancelotti confirmed during a press moment on Saturday that there is interest from Brazil to succeed Tite as national coach there. However, Ancelotti has no plans to leave Real Madrid. “I have a contract here until mid-2024 and I want to respect that,” the Italian said on Saturday during the press moment before Sunday’s game against Valladolid, on the 27th matchday in La Liga.

“The reality is that Brazil wants me as national coach and that flatters me, but I want to end my contract here in Madrid. The club and this team are very close to my heart. Nobody knows what will happen once my contract here expires. You cannot predict the future.”
Ancelotti guided Real to the Spanish national title and final win in the Champions League last season. This season they seem to have to leave the title to FC Barcelona, but at the champions ball they are already in the last eight. There they will soon meet Chelsea.
