The Netherlands and Croatia will play the first semi-final on June 14 in De Kuip in Rotterdam. The second semi-final between Spain and Italy is on June 15 in the Grolsch Veste in Enschede. The consolation final and the grand final will take place on Sunday 18 June. The consolation final takes place in the Grolsch Veste, the final in De Kuip.

Belgium had also applied to host the Final Four of the Nations League, but the Red Devils had to let the Netherlands go ahead in their group.

National coach Ronald Koeman was also active in the final tournament of the Nations League with the Orange in 2019, in his previous period as national coach. It was then held for the first time. The Orange lost to Portugal in the final. Spain lost to France in the final of the second edition two years ago, after winning against Italy.
