Yesterday, Rupel Boom announced that it had received positive news about the unlawfully violated agreement with Beerschot and DCA, the construction company of Beerschot chairman Francis Vrancken. But the amateur club seems to be shooting itself in the foot with the proceedings against Beerschot, because in the same breath the judge has also sentenced Rupel Boom to repay an overdue loan to the same Francis Vrancken.
