Official: Eduard Sobol exchanges Club Brugge for Strasbourg and becomes a teammate of Matz Sels


Eduard Sobol leaves Club Brugge and continues his career in the French Ligue 1 at Strasbourg. He signed a contract for 3.5 years.


The 27-year-old Sobol played for Club since the summer of 2019. The Ukrainian left back played 124 matches for the blue-black and scored four goals. He won three national titles and a Supercup with the team from Bruges. This season, his counter stands at nine matches in the Jupiler Pro League and four in the Champions League. He has not been part of the selection for more than two months.

The 27-time Ukrainian international will be teammate of goalkeeper Matz Sels at Strasbourg, number 16 in the French league.
