Son of an Olympic champion and only a professional himself at the age of 22: this is Thomas Henry, the Big Friendly Giant who seems to be on his way to Anderlecht

Everything starts with good sports genes. And in that respect, the French Anderlecht target Thomas Henry (28) is doing well. His father is Olympic fencing champion, his mother French basketball champion. In a way, it would be bizarre that he would end up with Purple & White, where players turn professional on their fifteenth birthday, because Henry is a real late bloomer and only signed his first professional contract when he was 22. He is currently languishing on the bench of the Italian Hellas Verona.
