Also this season, the Nieuwsblad will publish the Ster van de Coaches referendum. After each Belgian match, the BetFirst BNXT League coaches choose the three best players of the match. The points from the Star of the Coaches are processed in the MVP trophy, which will be awarded at the BNXT Basketball Awards at a location in the Netherlands. Kangoeroes Mechelen leader Brian Fobbs distances himself after a few brilliant performances. Jonas Delalieux (Limburg United) and Ivan Maras (Okapi Aalst) are second and third respectively.
