Globo buys rights to broadcast the Club World Cup and will partner with Cazé TV

Globo will hold the rights to broadcast the 2023 Club World Cup, the broadcaster will split the games between SporTV, Globoplay, ge and Cazé TV

The 2023 Club World Cup will be played in Morocco and will have the following participating clubs: Flamengo, Seattle Sounders, Wydad Casablanca, Al Ahly, Auckland City, Al Hilal and the giant Real Madrid.

It is worth noting that Flamengo, as champion of the Libertadores, and Real Madrid, champion of the Champions League, go straight to the semifinals stage.

Regarding broadcasts, the schedule of where each game will be broadcast has already been announced, check below:

01/02/2023

  • 4pm – Al Ahly x Auckland City – sportv, Globoplay, ge and Cazé TV

04/02/2023

  • 11:30 a.m. – Wydad Casablanca x Al Hilal – sportv, Globoplay, ge and Cazé TV
  • 14h30 – Seattle Sounders x Vencedor de Al Ahly x Auckland City

Club World Cup Semifinal – 02/07/2023

  • 16h – Flamengo x Winner of Wydad Casablanca x Al Hilal – Globo, sportv, Globoplay, ge and Cazé TV

Club World Cup Semifinal – 02/08/2023

  • 16h – Real Madrid vs Seattle Sounders Winner vs Al Ahly or Auckland City – sportv, Globoplay, ge and Cazé TV

Third place dispute – 02/11/2023

  • 12:30 p.m – Loser of Semifinal 1 x Loser of Semifinal 2 – TV Globo (Only if Flamengo is present), sportv, Globoplay, ge and Cazé TV

Club World Cup Final – 02/11/2023

  • 16h – Semifinal Winner 1 x Semifinal Winner 2 – TV Globo, sportv, Globoplay, ge and Cazé TV.
