FIFA has announced the nominations for The Best award of 2022. Red Devil Kevin De Bruyne is one of the fourteen nominees, Cristiano Ronaldo is missing after a disappointing season. Thibaut Courtois is one of the contenders for the title of “Goalkeeper of the Year”.

Polish striker Robert Lewandowski was voted FIFA World Player of the Year for the past two years and has been nominated again, although Lionel Messi is the top favorite this time.
