Another setback for Club Brugge in this busy January: Ferran Jutglà (23) suffered a knee injury and will probably miss Sunday’s top match against Anderlecht. It is currently not clear for how long the Spaniard will be out of action, but the seriousness of the injury should not be too bad.

In full preparation for the clash against Anderlecht, on Sunday at 1:30 PM in the Jan Breydel Stadium, Jutglà injured his knee during training. The Spanish striker has already undergone examinations and the damage turned out to be not too bad, but it will be tight to reach Sunday’s top match.

Time for Yaremchuk?

Jutglà has already scored ten goals and seven assists for blue-black this season across all competitions. He scored his last goal on Boxing Day, at home against OH Leuven. In his absence, Roman Yaremchuk, the man who cost sixteen million euros last summer, may get his chance. After ten league games, the Ukrainian has only two goals and two assists. Yaremchuk did not make a great impression on the field of Racing Genk last Sunday, but new coach Scott Parker did express his confidence in the striker.
