AC Milan has been eliminated from the Coppa Italia. In extra time, Torino showed themselves to be the strongest team despite a red card. Charles De Ketelaere stood for the first time since October 1, again in the base at Milan and this time he was allowed to try as a false nine, the role in which he came into his own at Club Brugge. However, it was not possible to score, that honor was only reserved for Adopo van Torino in the 114th minute.

De Ketelaere started the match well, replacing Olivier Giroud, who was rested and started on the bench. Our compatriot hit the post with a header in the first half, but could not prevent Torino from eventually pushing through to the 1/8th finals of the Coppa Italia. After seventy minutes, Torino had to make do with ten due to a red card for Djidji, but Adopo scored the only goal of the match in extra time.
