Pogba has not yet made an appearance for Juventus since returning in the summer after playing for Manchester United for six years. The 29-year-old midfielder had to have his knee operated on in September and therefore missed the World Cup in Qatar with France. He was there as a spectator in the final against Argentina.

Pogba is expected to make his comeback at the end of January. According to the sports newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus does not want to take any unnecessary risks with him and the main goal is that the Frenchman will be there again in mid-February in the Europa League against FC Nantes.
