Lionel Messi faces his return to the shirt of PSG tomorrow evening at 9 p.m. in the league match against Angers. The Argentinian trained normally on Monday and so nothing stands in the way of his playing minutes against Angers.

PSG play at home and so the supporters in the Parc des Princes hope to finally see the world champion back at work, 24 days after the World Cup final won with Argentina.
That was the plan last week and the fact that Messi completed full group training yesterday seems to indicate that will be the case.
“He played an incredible World Cup with a lot of physical effort. That is why I am very attentive to what he himself indicates about his physical readiness. I hope he is available for the game against Angers,” said PSG coach Christophe Galtier last Thursday.
Whether Messi will be on the field with Neymar is uncertain. The Brazilian returned yesterday, but missed part of the training. The staff will see how his situation evolves and how many minutes he can play. Neymar was absent from Thursday training last week, the day before the cup match against Châteauroux, because he needed care following an ankle sprain he sustained at the World Cup.
Neymar has already played for PSG since the World Cup, on December 28 against Matz Sels’ Strasbourg.
