The fourteenth matchday in the Top Division Women brought a ninth consecutive victory, after an exciting match in Waregem, for Kangoeroes Mechelen. Castors Braine lost the topper in Namur Capitale. The Maneblussers now count two victories more than Castors and seem to be on their way to pole position.

Kangaroos Mechelen, without Belgian Cat Laure Resimont (single) and Renée Denys (single), did not have it under the market at Waregem. Top talent and 18-year-old Nastja Claessens (26 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists) took her team in tow. Waregem went halfway to the dressing room with a 29-26 bonus. Kangaroos Mechelen made the difference in the third quarter (19-34). Ziomara Morrison (18 points, 13 rebounds), Morgan Bertsch (15 points, 13 rebounds) and Lisa Berkani (16 points) propelled the Maneblussers to a 48-58 bonus.
