There is high voltage at KV Oostende. After the painful 1-2 defeat against Seraing, the fear of relegation is acutely present with the coastal team. Frank Dierckens – the Belgian shareholder of the club – is now sounding the alarm and also wants to shake up the American owners. “KVO is now sailing around too rudderless,” he says. “It is time for everyone to take responsibility.”
