Roeselare and Maaseik each start 2023 with a win in the Lotto Volley League

On the tenth matchday in the Lotto Volley League, reigning national champion and competition leader Roeselare won against Haasrode Leuven on Saturday evening, although they had to give up a set with 1-3: 20-25, 28-30, 27-25 and 15-25.

It was the tenth consecutive victory for the West Flemings, with 29 points they remain authoritarian in the lead. First pursuer Maaseik follows with one game less on the counter already on nine points. Maaseik took full advantage at home on Saturday in the Limburg derby against Achel: 3-0 (25-23, 25-19 and 25-15).

On Sunday, two more matches are scheduled: Ghent will then visit Borgworm, while Guibertin will play host to Menen.
