Milan fans want Charles De Ketelaere to really play: “He finally came out of his shell like a chick”

De Ketelaere was allowed to play the last half hour in the 1-2 win against Salernitana on Wednesday. In it, unlike in recent months, he showed himself positively on several occasions and was even very close to his first league goal for the Rossoneri.

That strong raid has not gone unnoticed by the Milan fans. On social media, they call for De Ketelaere to take more action. From “He really deserves to play now”, over “Finally the chick has come out of its shell”, to “How do you win a third star? By bringing CDK back to life”.

Though opinions are also divided. While one says that “a man of 35 million should play anyway”, the other preaches calmness: “A few more games as a substitute could be useful for him.”

Trainer Stefano Pioli was also pleased with the performance of his young offspring. Although the Italian does refer to Sandro Tonali to follow his example. “Do you remember him, Sandro, in his first year with the team?
