Leicester City fulfilled its duty on the field of fourth division Gillingham in the 1/32 finals of the FA Cup on Saturday. However, the Foxes had little surplus and won by the smallest margin: 0-1. Tottenham also won with the smallest difference from third division Portsmouth.

Leicester City with Youri Tielemans between the lines throughout the game, distanced themselves from the host in the 56th minute through Kelechi Iheanacho. Both Wout Faes and Timothy Castagne did not get off the bench.
At the same time, Tottenham booked an economical victory for its own audience against third division Portsmouth: 1-0. Harry Kane (50.) saved the Spurs a handful of minutes after the break with the only goal of the cup match.
