Burnley continues to do well under Vincent Kompany. The Clarets are alone in the lead in the league, and on Saturday they even beat first division side Bournemouth in the 1/32nd final of the FA Cup. Thanks to two old acquaintances.

Kompany’s story at Burnley only gets better: not only in the competition the engine is running at speed, it is also going very well in the FA Cup, the most important cup competition in England.
On Saturday, Burnley was presented with a real test in the FA Cup with the move to Bournemouth, the number sixteen in the Premier League. A test that was passed with flying colors: Burnley won 2-4 and thanks two former players from the Jupiler Pro League for that: Manuel Benson (ex-Genk and ex-Antwerp, among others) and Anas Zaroury (ex-Charleroi) demanded the leading role with two goals each in a spectacular game.
