Strasbourg did not survive the 32nd finals of the Coupe de France on Friday evening. Angers showed a bit more coolness in the all-determining penalty series with 4-5, after it was still 0-0 after 90 minutes.

Matz Sels took aim at the host, who was unable to force a breakthrough in his own Stade de la Meinau. Penalty kicks ultimately had to make the decision. Strasbourg missed two, while Angers only failed to convert one.

Sels and co., who only occupy the second last place in the French highest football division, have already been awarded in this way.
