It's really not easy: Guillermo Ochoa keeps Charles De Ketelaere from the first goal, but AC Milan wins

AC Milan won 1-2 on the field of Salernitana on Wednesday afternoon. Alexis Saelemaekers played the entire match, Charles De Ketelaere and Aster Vranckx came on. De Ketelaere had two great chances to finally score his first goal in Italian employment, but former Standard goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa was right every time.

AC Milan started the game energetically with two goals in the quarter. Rafael Leão and Sandro Tonali made the nets shake, goalkeeper Ochoa was still with his head at the World Cup and didn’t look too good.

Afterwards, scoring was no longer possible for the Rossoneri, despite some opportunities for Olivier Giroud. De Ketelaere came in on the hour mark and had an excellent chance ten minutes before the end, but this time Ochoa was alert. The ex-Bruggeling was also allowed to lash out in the closing minutes, but again the Mexican was on his toes.

Extra sour was that immediately after his miss on the other side, a goal was scored. Saelemaekers left his man a little too much space and it was 1-2. However, the home team did not come further. Due to the victory, Milan is currently within 5 points of leader Napoli, which will face Lukaku tonight. Salernitana is thirteenth.
