Lionel Messi, who won the world title with Argentina in Qatar last month and was subsequently allowed to enjoy a pleasant holiday in his hometown of Rosario, is expected again in the French capital Paris on Tuesday afternoon, Argentinian media report.

The flea boarded a private jet at Rosario’s Islas Malvinas airport at about 10 p.m. (local time) on Monday evening and will land at Le Bourget airport, near the French capital, at about 2:55 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon. He is accompanied by his wife Antonela Roccuzo and his children Mateo, Thiago and Cira.

At PSG he will find Kylian Mbappé, among others, a few weeks after he set aside defending champion France with Argentina in one of the most exciting World Cup finals ever. Taking only a few days’ rest after the tournament, Mbappé quickly rejoined the Parisians, trying to flush the disillusionment as quickly as possible.
