Sébastien Haller back at Borussia Dortmund after testicular cancer: “The year has started well for me”

2023 is started well for Sébastien Haller (28), who was diagnosed with testicular cancer in July last year after his transfer from Ajax to Dortmund. The Ivorian-French attacker has resumed training at Dortmund. At the end of November 2022, he underwent a second operation to remove a tumor. “A happy year to everyone. And it’s off to a good start for me as 2023 will be synonymous with my return to the field,” Haller wrote on Twitter alongside two photos of him getting ready in the gym. Haller would leave for Marbella on Friday with his teammates on an internship.
