The new year has yet to officially start, but MM Antverpia is already starting 2023 with a bang. The top Antwerp drink brand of founders Toby Alderweireld and Thomas Tisson has now also made it to the Hof van Cleve. The restaurant of top chef Peter Goossens, still the very first three-star restaurant in Belgium, will serve Gin 1501 from January, a golden gin with references to the Antwerp Golden Age.
