According to La Dernière Heure, Anderlecht defender Zeno Debast will not have to be without for long. The 19-year-old Red Devil is expected to be in the selection again for the duel with Club Brugge in mid-January.

Last Monday, Debast had to retire very quickly on the field of Charleroi. The next day his ankle was still too swollen to be scanned. A medical examination could still be held on Thursday. And that, according to La Dernière Heure, was one with a positive outcome.

The investigation revealed less damage to his ankle than previously predicted.

The next game against Union will come too early for the 19-year-old Red Devil, but in mid-January Debast can normally be part of the Brussels selection again for the clash with Club in Jan Breydel.
