On a visit to Leeds, Manchester City has returned to victory in the Premier League. It won 1-3. Haaland was the match winner with two goals, but Grealish was also noticed.
Kevin De Bruyne was between the lines at Manchester City for ninety minutes, but was not decisive on Wednesday evening. The same could be said of Jack Grealish and Erling Haaland. The 0-1 was still put on the board by Rodri, but in the second half these two put the match in a final fold.
In minute 51 – who else – Haaland scored his first of the evening, on a pass from Grealish. Thirteen minutes later we were presented with a copy. Haaland scored, again on an assist from the Briton. Match played. In the 73rd minute Pascal Struijk softened for the home team with the 1-3.
With this win, the Citizens jump over Newcastle again to second place in the standings. Arsenal still lead the Premier League.
