Looking forward to the Clasico: Barcelona beats Osasuna and can prepare for a clash with Real Madrid in the Spanish Super Cup final

FC Barcelona qualified for the final of the Spanish Super Cup on Thursday evening in the Saudi capital Riyadh. The Catalans defeated Osasuna 2-0 in the semi-finals and will face arch-rival Real Madrid in the final, just like last year.

Barcelona tried to take control of the game from the start and soon had some good opportunities. However, we had to wait until minute 59 for the first goal. Robert Lewandowski provided the redemption Blaugrana with a low slide past goalkeeper Herrera. In injury time, golden nugget Lamine Yamal (90. + 3) put the 2-0 final score on the board.

In the final of the Super Cup, which will take place next Sunday in Riyadh, Barcelona will come face to face with Real Madrid for the second year in a row. They secured a place in the final on Wednesday evening thanks to a 5-3 win after extra time against city rival Atlético Madrid.
