Days after Liverpool’s 9-0 monster win against Bournemouth, Celtic Glasgow achieved the same result on Sunday afternoon on the field of Dundee United, on the fifth match day of the Scottish Premiership (0-9).
Both Kyogo Furuhashi (15., 40. and 45.+2) and Liel Abada (50., 59. and 77.) played themselves in the spotlight with a hat trick. Jota (45.+6), Josip Juranovic (55.) and Carl Starfelt (81.) also placed their names on the scoreboard.
With the resounding victory, Celtic equaled its own record from 2010, when it beat Aberdeen 9-0 at home.
Celtic are in first place in the standings with a perfect 15 out of 15.
