| Albert Heijn responds with this advertisement to the Jumbo cape commotion: ‘Everything for Orange!’

The KNVB was kicked this week after Jumbo demanded all the attention with their advertising about the Juichcape. The Dutch football association hoped that the retail chain would remove or adjust their commercial, but that did not happen. Albert Heijn, the official sponsor of the KNVB, responded to all the drama with a new commercial.

The YouTube video shows how the father from all Albert Heijn advertisements puts on or puts on all Orange attributes of different brands. He wears the ‘lucky pants’ from Bavaria, the Heineken ‘Orange shirt’ and of course the juich cape from Jumbo. All this under the motto: ‘Together for Orange, together we stand behind our boys.’
