The 3X3 Lions know their potential opponents at the Olympic Games (July 23-August 8) in Tokyo. Besides Belgium, Serbia, China, Japan, Poland, the Netherlands, Latvia and ROC (Russian Olympic Team) have also qualified.
The 3X3 event will take place at the Aomi UrBan Sports Park from July 24 to 28. This discipline sparkles for the first time as an Olympic discipline on the program. The 3X3 Lions, with Raf Bogaerts, Nick Celis, Thierry Mariën and Thibaut Vervoort, qualified last Sunday by winning the qualifying tournament in Hungarian Debrecen.
