This Sunday (7th), another chapter of the documentary series “Predestinado”, in homage to Gabigol, was aired on Globoplay. The documentary tells the story of the attacker in his career, with four episodes until he arrived at Flamengo, in 2019. During the episodes, special guests participate in the recordings and grant statements about the shirt 9 of Rubro-Negro, among them, Jorge Jesus, former coach of the Most Wanted.
The current Benfica coach participated in the series produced by Globoplay and was present in the second episode of the documentary, which aired this Sunday (07). In it, Jorge Jesus praised the quality of the player and did not spare praise to the striker, in which he worked together while taking over Flamengo.

The production of “Predestinado” lasted about 11 months and tells Gabriel Barbosa’s life stories. The ‘pilot’ chapter was based on the attacker’s origin and events since birth. However, the second episode, in particular, portrays how the decision to go to Europe almost cost the player’s career, and how the operation was to bring him back to Brazil.
