Belgian Cats Heleen Nauwelaers and Antonia Delaere were unable to qualify for the semi-finals of the Spanish Copa de la Reina in Valencia. Nauwelaers (2 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists) lost in the quarterfinals to Tenerife 79-56 to Bizkaia. Delaere (6 points, 1 rebound, 4 assists) lost with IDK Euskotren and 74-58 from the organizing club Valencia.
The Copa de la Reina will be finished with the top 8 and after the first round of the Spanish Liga Femenina. The Estudiantes Madrid of colleague Jana Raman lost in the quarterfinals 73-55 to Gerona. Raman missed the Copa because of a corona contamination.
