Flamengo beat Nova Iguaçu 1-0, this Tuesday (02). The red-black started the 2021 season with a saving goal in the last minute of the match. The young Max, scored a beautiful goal from outside the area and helped the Most Wanted to win the three points.
Max, who was on the bench, took over from Daniel Cabral at 04 minutes of the second stage, the Flamengo midfielder complained of pain and asked to be replaced.

Too far back, the Nova Iguaçu team hindered Flamengo’s offensive, which barely managed to reach the opponent’s goal.
In the first half, Flamengo had more of the ball, but without much creativity to finish. In the second stage Nova Iguaçu equalized the game more and had a few moments to score the first goal.
On Flamengo’s last ascent to the attack, Lázaro rolls into the area’s entrance from the left to Max, who kicks first and sends it over Luis Henrique’s goal! Scoring the first and last goal of the night.
